About an order
If it concerns something you bought, message us through Etsy rather than email. Orders live in our Etsy shop, and a message sent there arrives attached to your order — so we can see exactly which file you received without having to ask you three questions first.
That is much the fastest route for a download that will not open, a link that goes nowhere, or the wrong file being delivered. See returns and refunds for what happens next.
Everything else
For anything that is not about an order — a kit you wish existed, a question about the license, a whole ward or school wanting a set — send a message through the Etsy shop and it reaches us the same day.

Not every week of Come, Follow Me has a kit yet. If the week you are teaching is missing one, say so — knowing which weeks people are actually stuck on is genuinely the most useful thing you can send us.
